We are honored and excited to introduce TrekAbility to our Lander without Limits community.

TrekAbility is a newly founded nonprofit here to support families with individuals with physical differences by providing a shared library of adaptive outdoor equipment with a desire to increase accessibility and inclusion.

More about TrekAbility :
TrekAbility is a Lander-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization born out of a mother’s vision. Wanting her son to explore local trails, campgrounds, and wilderness spaces with the same ease and lighthearted joy as his siblings, founder Melody Rupple looked for a way to break down the physical barriers of outdoor recreation.

Her research into adaptive hiking equipment revealed a world of potential freedom. Inspired to bring these resources to Lander, Melody proposed an adaptive equipment-lending program to the LOR Foundation. Backed by their generous support, championed by a dedicated founding board, and fiscally sponsored by the Lander Community Foundation, TrekAbility was established to ensure the outdoors belongs to everyone.
