Starting Monday, August 24, Sierra and the deli team are changing up their day a bit.

The new schedule:
Deli counter — 9am to 8pm
Hot case and fried chicken — from 10am
Hot bar and salad bar — stocked fresh for lunch at 11 and again for dinner at 5

Why: We've been spread thin, which has caused many of our destination-worthy items to be a bit hit or miss, and that's on us. By tightening up our schedule, Sierra's crew gets more time to make - which means all our delicious homemades can work their way back into rotation so that they're regularly available, whenever that craving might strike.

As always, thanks for shopping with us—we don’t take it for granted!

Music Education Alert!

The Lansing Eastern High School Marching Band is raising funds TODAY, 8/20/26, from 2-5pm. We were asked to pitch in with Ice Cream and Root Beer but we think it would be even cooler if everyone decided to swing through for a delicious, frosty treat and show their support!

Also, we recently learned that their theme this year is ‘Play it Loud!’ and will feature grunge/alt rock classics from The Cranberries, Nirvana, Muse, Shinedown and Evanescence. Seemed worth mentioning…

Again, happening TODAY at the Lansing Eastern High School Marquee sign that's only a couple of blocks away from us from 2pm - 5pm!
