We had the absolute pleasure of working with Austin Tomasek Fishing over the last two days getting his new Ranger 621 Ready to roll for the remainder of the 2026 tournament season.

We put some serious hours in to get this in Monday at 8am and out Tuesday at 630pm.

Starting at the front and working back.

Bow:
75" Kraken w/ perspective and forward LVS34s.
We used the 8617 custom mount we made last year on top of a BBT offset right triple stack with custom plate for the Ranger. Two 126 Ultra 2s on bottom. This is going to be a lethal combination having all the tools in his toolbox for deep or shallow water.

Console:
Relocated the Ranger Ride Screen on a custom plate we made on the CNC. Custom cut a delete plate and fab up some bracketry to get the 2 ultra 2s as tight as possible. Mission accomplished there!

Stern got spicy!
Dual Power Pole Blades and brakes. Super excited to see how this works for Austin, its been something i've been wanting to try and it was not too bad to do. Hope the juice is worth the squeeze!

Juice:
180AH Lithium and 20A Charger.
Dual Group 31AGMs
36V 120AH Lithium Trolling Motor
36/12/12 charger in the floor

Day 1 on this new Ranger 621, We're already excited to see the final results. Custom double stack and Ranger Ride relocation was the highlight for today. Stay tuned for more custom stuff in store for tomorrow!!

Great Build wrapping up today. 29 Tiara in and out. Said it before, if she fits down the road, she fits in our shop!

We're done with big boats for a minute. Time to get back to walleye boats... first up is a brand new Ranger, Lets get it!

Subtle changes during an install can make all the difference down the road. Spent an hour or so tracking down and figuring out where these were fed from. Next guy will have to spend 2 seconds.

Our terminated ends vs the previous "installer" 🙄 we could have done better job with a set of knipex pliers than that crimper.
