ReAppliance – Warranty & Delivery Policy
At ReAppliance, we take pride in offering reliable new, used, and scratch & dent appliances at affordable prices. Please read our warranty and delivery policy carefully before purchase or delivery. Limited Warranty Overview
All appliances are sold AS IS and include a 7-day limited warranty on major mechanical failures, starting from the date of purchase on
all used appliances. 30-day on scratch and dent. Extended warranties are available at time of purchase. New appliances will have full manufacturer warranty. Covered Appliance Functions:
* Dishwashers: Fill, spray, drain, and cycle through wash and rinse properly
* Washers: Properly fill, agitate, spin, and drain
* Dryers: Tumble and heat properly; door switch and timer function
* Stoves/Ovens: Burners and bake/broil elements heat as expected
* Refrigerators: Cool and freeze efficiently
ReAppliance will repair or exchange the unit (of equal value) only if our team determines the appliance is eligible under warranty. Pickup & Delivery Information
* Customer Pickup: If you transport the appliance yourself, only the major mechanical components are covered. Any damage from improper transport or installation voids the warranty.
* Laying appliances down during transport will void the warranty.
* The appliance must be returned in the same condition for a refund.
* We do not offer in-home installation or service calls. Not Covered Under Warranty
* Dishwashers: Cleaning or drying functions that do not meet customer expectations but pass functional tests
* Cosmetic defects (scratches, dents, broken shelves, etc.)
* Self-cleaning oven features (not tested or covered)
* Ice makers or water dispensers (unless explicitly stated)
* Water lines, hoses, or leveling legs
* Any issue caused by improper use, clogged vents, blocked water flow, or circuit issues
* Modifications, abuse, or neglect of the appliance
Only one exchange per warranty is permitted. Repair or Exchange Process
If your appliance needs repair:
* It is your responsibility to bring the unit back to ReAppliance.
* If the issue is due to misuse or user error, you’ll be responsible for the redelivery charge. Trade-Ins
If you trade in an old appliance, you release ownership of it at the time of trade. We may repair and resell the item at our discretion. Limit of Liability
ReAppliance is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses caused by appliance failure, including:
* Fire, flooding, or spoiled food
* Property damage or personal injury
* Improper transport, installation, or use
