We just got in so many new books by Anne McCaffrey! Not only did she pave the way for female sci-fi and fantasy writers, she helped define the genre.

We have power and internet at the store, so feel free to come in and charge your devices and hangout. This is a good time to spend a few hours in a bookstore.

😻😻😻Stop by the Moose in Valpo to buy books and support the kitties! Books and Whimsy will be out there all weekend to help the Independent Cat Society with their annual book sale. 😻😻😻

The store should be open for our regular hours.

One week from tomorrow we will have our used book sale! Book drop off is at the Moose Friday 7/10/26 from 5:30pm to about 8:30pm or Saturday morning.
