Ludwig Fish & Produce Ludwig Fish & Produce History In 1946 Ludwig Fish & Produce was formed as a partnership with Harold & Doris Robinson and Robert Ludwig.

Roberts father, R.C.Ludwig,ran fishing tugs on Lake Michigan and supplied the new business with fresh fish. Which Ludwigs would sell and deliver to local businesses. Ludwigs remains one of the few family-owned food businesses in the area. After all these years Ludwigs still caters to the small business owner,suppling weekly deliveries to our customers businesses. We also have a remodeled retail store located in the front of our business, and are open to the public.
