It’s time for another Teacher Spotlight!

Jason Martin is one of our drum instructors and has been on our Roxy Music Instructor team for over a year now!

Jason has been busy playing and teaching music full time since 2002. In 1994 he won the Louis Armstrong Jazz award for his outstanding musicianship in high school.

His preferred brands when playing are Yamaha, Zildjian cymbal and Ahead sticks. His professional influences are John Densmore, Peter Criss, John Bonham, Keith Moon and Levon Helm.

His goal for all his students he instructs is for them to be able to play with other fellow musicians and read music.
