I’m sure by now you’ve all been hearing this term “shadow work” and wondering what it really means. Shadow work is: working with your unconscious mind to uncover the parts of yourself that you repress and hide from yourself. This can include trauma or parts of your personality that you subconsciously consider undesirable.
•
From now until the spring equinox in March, or the energetic new year, it’s a perfect time to turn inwards and do “the work.” Utilize the energy we’re currently in to learn more about yourself, to deal with those not so desirable parts of yourself. That way when spring comes, you’re ready fall in line with the season. 🌱

Todays lunch

What you’ll need:

•tater tots
•peppers
•arugula
•onions
•mushrooms
•avocado
•salt/pepper/cayenne (to taste)

I popped the tater tot’s in the air fryer and sautéed my veggies in a hot skillet for 10mins. Add some sliced avocado, and voila!

A quick easy meal for your weekdays. The veggies can be pre-cut and prepped to save time and frozen tater tot’s always save the day.

There is light and dark in us all. Your higher self and lower self, some say.

As we move into eclipse season, and the days get colder and shorter it can be easy to fall into toxic habits.
•
I challenge you to instead do the inner work and shadow work that this season calls for. A time to turn inward and “internally cleanse”. I’ll be doing the same.
