☔ Rainy days are perfect for staying in with a good book!

🤗 That's just what more than 40 kiddos and I did this morning.

📕 Like last week's group, these littles were great listeners and enjoyed, "Good Morning Car Seat" and "Good Night Car Seat!"

Even though Car Seats for Christy is no longer operating, it’s hard to stop being a part of great community events with great community partners!

So, I was more than happy to be part of a busy morning volunteering in Boulder City where more than 60 families received 79 new car seats that were installed by certified technicians.

Known as Seat Check Saturday, similar events took place nationwide to wrap up .

📙📕In honor of Child Passenger Safety Week, I stopped by to read "Good Morning Car Seat" and "Good Night Car Seat" to a wonderful group of 3-, 4- and 5-year-olds at Creative Kids Learning Center

👍🏽👍🏽The little passengers were great listeners and excitedly gave each story two thumbs up!

🚗💺They were also happy to chat about their own car seats and assured me that they never give their grownups any trouble getting in or out of them!
