Eric worked at Cowtown. He was smart, funny and good guy. Always there with good laugh. You will be missed my friend.

Today, all of Las Vegas awoke to some saddening news: Richard “The Old Man” Harrison has passed away. He was a family man, businessman and all-around good guy. Mr. Harrison was someone more men should aspire to be. He was totally old school: at work everyday in a suit and always there with a wise remark and a laugh.

When I first took over Cowtown, he would ask how I was doing with the shop. He was always there for advice and trust me I asked a lot of questions. He had a way of simplifying business concepts in a way that made sense to me. He also told me many times that I’d mess up along the way but I should always learn from my mistakes.

This family has done so much for me. The Harrisons have a family relationship that I hope I have with my sons as I get older.

So Rest In Peace, Mr. Harrison, and God Speed.
