We are so Excited to share this special message from an Emerging Las Vegas Artist, who happens to be our President and Founder of Commercial Center Association & Historic Society-Paula Sadler she is also a longtime Commercial Center Tenant Owner of A Harmony Nail Spa, Las Vegas Nevada in Commercial Center since 2004. Now she is making a splash in the Local and global music scene with the release of her first single "Imagine" (cover) on her upcoming Album "Unfinished Business". A vision she had at 40, and now 50-ten years later the dream is being finally realized. We fully support her and congratulate her on this milestone. Commercial Center is and always has been an incubator or arts, entertainment and entrepreneurship. Sadler joins the long list of Music History at Commercial Center. Dear Friends and Fans, I am excited to announce my first single release. A Cover of John Lennnon’s & Yoko’s Imagine. I recorded in 2020 at Audio Arts in Las Vegas. Needless to say a long time in the making. It is part of my first album “Unfinished Business” 12 songs for 12 steps of recovery (still underway). I will feature originals and covers.
This was the first song I learned on the Piano in 2016, at least just the chords 10 years ago when I began my Journey back to my one true love “Music”. I also developed a version in minor that my Piano Teacher Cynthia Harris coined as “Dark Imagine”
Set for Release on Streaming platforms 8/18/2026 on my 24th anniversary of sobriety.
Originally written March of 1971 during the Vietnam war and released October 11, 1971, in the US. Inspired by Yoko Ono’s 1964 book Grapefruit her “Cloud Piece” poems which used the words Imagine. He was also inspired by a book giving to him by civil rights activist Dick Gregory the Game of life and how to play it by Florence Scovel Shinn. He was inspired by “positive prayer”. Basically, positive affirmations, speak it and it will be, in this instance sing it and it will be. It is unfortunate that Lennon was killed December 8, 1980, just 9 years after Imagine was released.
I recorded this Cover July 7, 2020, 49 years after it was originally written, and its upcoming release 55 years after it debuted in the United States.
I was not yet born when it was released. But I was born in 1975 at the end of the War. After 20 years of conflict. This song deeply resonates with me. I wanted to include it in my upcoming album to be a symbol for peace as I feel it is part of my purpose in this life, to help bring peace and the message of Peace to a world that desperately needs it, in every generation. Just as we needed it in 1971, when Global Tensions were high, and over the past 55 years have we not needed this message of peace?
I want to “Imagine” just like Lennon…Take this song into your heart and affirm it as a living prayer, as a poem as an affirmation

This song is an affirmation of Unity, Oneness and Peace, beyond religion and borders, beyond separation by wealth or class. Can you Imagine a world like this? I can and I affirm it now. A world where all of us, all people, can come together as one.

Why I Chose "Imagine"
Unfinished Business is a deeply personal musical journey inspired by my own recovery. I have been sober for over 23 years through a 12-Step program, and like countless others, I have found hope, healing, and a new way of living through those principles. I consider myself a grateful friend of Bill W., and this album reflects my own experience of spiritual growth, one step at a time.
The final song, "Imagine," represents the spirit of the Twelfth Step, which encourages those who have experienced a spiritual awakening to carry the message of hope to others and to live these principles in everyday life. After eleven songs that explore surrender, healing, forgiveness, courage, and transformation, Imagine broadens the perspective from my personal recovery to our shared humanity. It reminds us that recovery is not simply about abstaining from alcohol or overcoming adversity, it is about becoming a source of hope, compassion, service, and love for others.
I chose Imagine as the closing song because I believe recovery is one of humanity's greatest miracles. When one life is transformed, that hope ripples outward to families, communities, and ultimately the world. My hope is that listeners will not only hear my story but will be inspired to imagine the very best version of themselves and the world we can create together.
As a Woman Artist, A Transgender Woman, and part of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am a part of the entire world, I Am a member of the human race, I Belong, I am not a mistake, my voice and life matter, God Loves me just as I am, and I have been given a gift I am grateful to share. I hope to be a bridge for those consumed with hatred, prejudice, and misunderstanding of humans like me to help them find Love within themselves, and I hope to be an inspiration and a guideposts for women and people like me to be a lighthouse in the dark shining brightly to help them find a safe harbor and make it safely to shore. And so it is, Amen.
