It irks my soul to hear people say, “I need XYZ made at an affordable price. I’m not paying an arm and a leg for it.”

Why do people think that as a small business, your prices are negotiable? Do they walk up to Customer Service at big box stores and say that?

What are your thoughts on the matter?
