It's 2026, are braced TAC14/Shockwave still viable? Vote below⬇️. This custom TAC14 got the Full Tac Upgrade at Vang Comp and finished up in Parkerize. Turn around times are coming down, send yours in for upgrades.

Custom work turn-around times are dwindling. Time for your 870 or 590 to come to the Vang Comp Spa.this was a neat build from a while back, love these VCS Front Sights when there get blended into the ventilated rib. Left the old glossy walnut on there, added our VCS Barrel Mod, +2 Mag Extension, Magazine Follower and Cerakote Graphite Black finish.

Here's a concept for a maxed out Vang Comp 590A1 Professional SBS. The professional series is new from and offers some key features over the basic 590A1. It has the heavy barrel and metal trigger from the basic A1 but it adds Integral Milled Optic Mount and wing-protected front sights, along with a slew of other QC process upgrades and a live fire test at the factory. Then it comes to Vang Comp where we add our patented Vang Comp Barrel System with short ports, edge break and duburr on the receiver, loading port mod, big speed safety, Stainless steel follower, SGA stock and modified MLOK forend (for the shorter action tube), topped it off with a direct mount Defender CCW enclosed+solar red dot optic, and finished in OD Green. We're definitely adding a Professional (or two) to the catalog this year. Stay tuned to the newsletter.

This is what happens when we're out of a catalog shotgun for a while (thanks a lot Re*****on) and folks just take it on themselves to find the base shotgun then send it to us for upgrade. This is a clone of our model 965W14 on a customer-supplied shotgun. If you want a Vang Comp 965 and have access to a different 870 with a ventilated rib barrel we can help!

5.22 seconds Clean, that's what it took for me to claim Sym-Tac Coin number 015. Back in November I had the opportunity to shoot the Shotgun Skills Class again. We were updating our 20ga shotgun processes at the shop for our new production Mossberg 590 20ga SBS (coming soon™) and I needed some live fire stress testing. The shotgun performed great, not one hiccup aside from the no-go problematic ammo I brought to test for one magazine. It was great to learn from the Haughts again, I recommend everyone take their courses as often as you're able to - seek them out. As with most shotgun courses I saw lots of Vang Comp Shotguns on the line and even some of the shotguns we don't work on (yet) were wearing Vang Comp DSAC shell holders. Stay tuned to our newsletter for all the updates. Happy to get out and train again. What's the next shotgun course on your calendar?
