Well, hello everyone! It’s been a long time since I posted. For those that don’t know, I have officially left California. I would never have thought I would, but I am now calling Nevada home. I moved here in July of last year and I am still getting settled. I suppose that is to be expected, since I lived in Lincoln, Ca for over 17 years. It’s been a crazy ride for sure.

When we moved, we were going to replace our master bedroom furniture. I shopped looking for a new bed but alas I didn’t find any that I loved more than my current bed. Not to mention, the cost was in the thousands to replace it. Instead, I opted to refresh my current bed. This bed, was purchased before our last move to Lincoln. It had a padded leather insert that I removed in preparation to paint it. Boy, am I getting very excited for this to be finished! I have painted the footboard, and sanded it about 75%. This is just the first of several projects I have for my master. Here is my question. Should I put the padded insert back on or just paint the whole thing? What would you do? I look forward to seeing your responses!

PS… my machines are ready for me to begin creating more one of a kind treasures for your homes. I will share the things in the works soon…. ❤️

Hey hey!!!!I am jumping on to say, I have not forgotten any of you. I miss seeing your faces at Gypsy-Chic Vintage Market. I am on to my next adventure, and we are now in Las Vegas, Nevada!

I am setting up my studio, and will be back to sewing and creating, really soon! (Hopefully🙏🏾). Until next time….. here is some pictures of my in progress studio….I will post once I have it all set up again.
