But inside, you've got dining that rivals the Strip without the Strip prices.

Hugo's Cellar is this underground romantic spot where every woman gets a long-stemmed rose when she walks in.

Not a fake rose, a real one.

Over at Magnolia's Veranda, they serve a $27.99 Prime Rib special that locals have been keeping secret for decades.

Chicago Brewing Company brings Midwest microbrews and authentic deep dish pizza to the desert, and the pizza is legit excellent.

And Wana Tacos delivers exactly what you need after a few hours on the casino floor.

Speaking of the casino, Four Queens was actually the first to introduce Blackjack Switch.

That game you see in casinos everywhere now started right here.

The hotel itself was named after the founder's four daughters, each one representing a different card suit.

This Might Be the Best Fish Dish in Vegas 🐟🔥

I've been eating at Vegas restaurants for 13 years and this is the dish I wish I found sooner.

Let's go.

Cantina Contramar at the Fontainebleau just became my new obsession.

This is the first U.S. location of the legendary Mexico City spot, and they brought their A game.

Started with the Ceviche Contramar.

Fresh, tangy, perfectly balanced. It set the tone for what was about to come.

Then the main event arrived.

Pescado a la Talla Contramar.

This isn't just grilled fish.

Chef Gabriela Cámara does something different here.

Half the fish gets a fiery red adobo sauce that hits you with heat. The other half gets this mild green sauce with Italian influences.

Two completely different flavor profiles on one plate. You get to choose your adventure with every bite.

It's genius.

But here's what surprised me most. This place is known for seafood, but they also serve Wagyu carne asada and dry aged tomahawk steaks.

That's a total departure from the Mexico City original. Vegas gets the elevated version.

And the margaritas? Dangerously good.

The kind that make you order a second round before you finish the first.

If you're hitting Vegas and want something that actually lives up to the hype, this is it.

Contramar isn't just another celebrity chef spot cashing in on the Vegas tourist boom.

Flamingo's Pool Just Got a $20M Makeover 😳

The Flamingo dropped 20 million dollars into a complete renovation in 2025.

This New Vegas Spot Looks Nothing Like Foundation Room 👀

I got invited to the Vinyl Room sneak peek at Mandalay Bay and what they did with this remodel is wild.

This is the old Foundation Room. Completely transformed.

Opens August 2026, and it's inspired by 1970s Japanese high-fidelity listening lounges.

Two separate rooms, each with its own vibe.

One side is fine dining with those views you remember. The other is all about the music.

Management nailed the remodel.

I'm talking about attention to detail everywhere you look.

I tried a couple of the Escape drinks.

Appleton Estate Rum, miso lime, and Angostura bitters.

Then the food came out.

King Crab Dumplings that were perfectly balanced.

Shrimp Popper Bao that had this crunch and heat.

This isn't your typical Vegas club remodel where they slap new paint on the walls and call it done. They rebuilt the entire experience from the ground up.

You're 64 floors up with panoramic views of the entire valley.

Foundation Room had its moment.

Vinyl Room is something completely different.

This French Bakery Surprised Me 😳

This French bakery in Henderson is crushing the breakfast game in Vegas and it's way better than I expected!

I rolled up to Le Cafe Du Val at like 2:45 pm, right before they close at 3.

They've got two locations in Vegas, and this Henderson one has serious neighborhood energy.

People treating it like their spot, not just a place they tried once.

Here's the wild part. They opened during COVID.

Most restaurants were shutting down, and these guys launched a French bakery.

And it actually worked.

The owners came from luxury service backgrounds, so they know what they're doing.

I ordered a croissant egg sandwich because I wanted to test the croissant first.

If a French place can't nail that, nothing else matters.

The eggs were perfectly cooked, not rubbery.

But the real surprise was the side salad.

I wasn't expecting anything, just thought it'd be some throwaway greens.

It was actually good.

Fifteen bucks for the sandwich and salad. Not cheap, but for this quality it makes sense.

They also do authentic French galettes with gluten-free buckwheat, which is a nice touch if you're into that.

If you're in Henderson and want breakfast that doesn't feel like every other brunch spot, hit this place.

Just don't show up at 2:50 pm like I did.

XS Is Gone. This Is the New Move.

Encore Beach at Night is taking over as Wynn's main nightclub, and it's going to be one of the wildest party experiences in Vegas!

XS is shutting down on July 31st for renovations.

That means every headliner is moving to Encore Beach at Night.

We're talking Odesza, Kaskade, Diplo, Marshmello, The Chainsmokers.

But here's what makes this completely different from any other Vegas club.

Half the crowd shows up in swimwear.

On the biggest nights, they drop a platform right over the pool.
