In my first waking moments this morning , WHAT A GOD , WHAT A GOD was what I heard .
It made me think about this past week with all the talk about The Loblolly Festival , our towns biggest event of the year . Rain was forecasted and many were up in arms wanting to cancel or postpone it because of that .
The devil was creeping in and creating doubt and fear .
Many people have spent countless hours and lots of money was invested by both those that would be vending and those that were promoting. This event is something that we all anticipate and prepare for way in advance . It brings in much needed revenue to all that participate .
And yet that doubt that it would even happen , made many get upset or angry that it was not being changed because of something none of us can control . The weather .
Many began to pray , something we all can do ! We all prayed for Gods hand over our town and this event .
And look what happened ! It went on , no rain , lots of happy people .
So Never Doubt what God can do . We thank you all that came and enjoyed the day with us yesterday and hope to see you all again this coming weekend !
