This Labor Day, we’re looking back at some of the hardworking people who helped make Laurel Shopping Center part of the community from its earliest years.

When the center opened in 1956, Kresge, Woolworth and Peoples Drug each featured a full-service lunch counter. 70 years later, we remain grateful for every employee, past and present, who has helped our businesses and community thrive.
