Ford Explorer ST came in for the WORKS!

We started the install by sound deadening all 4 doors using to help keep sound inside the vehicle and road noise out. For the front stage we used K2 3-ways with a K2 3.5” for center channel, the rear stage we used Focal Flax 6.5” components. For subs a custom box was built for 2 10” TW3’s and made so the factory floor piece covered everything.

For amplifiers we used 2 VXi800/8’s, a VXi600/6 and a VXi1000/1. Every speaker was bridged to make this thing rock and roll! To finish out the install this explorer got a full nano-ceramic tint job to keep our customers cool and protected!

We hope everyone had a GREAT St. Patrick’s Day!

We turned things up a notch this year and had some fun with the truck. For subs we used 2 15” Solo X’s each powered off the Warhorse 3600’s! We also used 3 multi channels to power the 28 speakers to get things loud and rowdy!

Appreciate the community we have around us that help to make this possible, and for the Lawrence St Patrick’s Day Committee for putting this event together and helping the various charities out!

R34 Sedan came in for a sound upgrade, always fun to work on a right hand drive!

We installed an ilx-507 for the head unit for all wireless CarPlay/android auto needs! Both front doors received sound deadening from and to make the Flax 6.5’s sound even better!

For sub we built a custom enclosure in the spare tire well to house the 12” TW3 powered off a JD500/1. This car was fun to work on and also pretty rare to see!

Drop top Stang came in for some JL goodies!

Both doors received sound deadening to help maximize speaker performance and minimize vibration. For speakers we utilized the factory 3-way setup to install the JL C6 6.5, 2.75 and tweeter, the center channel was the Custom Fit 3.5”. All these speakers were powered off a VXi800/8.

For the sub we used the JL stealthbox which houses a 12” TW3 powered by a XDM300/1. This car sounded great with top down or up!

Had some fun with this Camaro!

We built custom kick panels for the JL Audio C6 6.5’s and also added the C6 tweeters to the pillars to help raise the sound stage. For rear speakers we installed the JL audio C2 6x9’s and powered everything off the VXi600/6.

For sub we utilized JL’s compact sub enclosure which houses a 10” TW3 and powered it off a 500/1 to really help round out the sound!

Got to work on this Ineos Grenadier.

Customer wasn’t happy with the factory speakers so we upgraded to Focal Flax components up front and moved the tweeters to the pillar. The rears were shockingly small speakers but the Focal universals fit perfectly and improved the sound tremendously!

There isn’t a lot of room in these things so we had to get creative to add the sub. We built a stack fab box to house a JL 10” TW1 that fit under the back seat. We used a JL audio MX300/1 to power the sub and it sounded great!
