This is the Ronin — hand-ground from 1/4" thick 5160 steel. Every knife starts as a raw blank and gets shaped entirely by hand on the belt grinder.
This one's already sold, but I can build another to order. If you want your own Ronin, message us and we'll get it started.

Just finished the pommel on this hunter. Still needs a final finish and sharpening to be finished. Then it'll be available on the website.

The Bishop.
ProCut steel. Wharncliffe profile. 1/8" thick with a tapered tang and a finish pulled from extended ferric chloride — matte gray-black, no paint, just chemistry.
Handles are reclaimed bourbon barrel stave wood treated with iron acetate. Steel wool dissolved in vinegar, reacting with the wood's natural tannins. Brass tube pins throughout.
One coat of tung oil left. Then she's done.
$150 — no sheath. Sheath options available at sovereignknifecompany.com.

Just an idea that might help. Instead of setting a plain timer, I started pre-labeling them with the actual recipe for each steel — time and temp baked right into the label. So when it's go time, I just tap the preset instead of pulling up notes or doing math mid-process. New to me, but it's a small game changer for keeping heat treats consistent.
Another game changer: for steels I can't HT in my forge, I've been leaning on SuperSteelSteve Callari. Just had him run a batch of M390, MagnaCut, Apex Ultra, and AEB-L — nailed every single one exactly to spec. The guy's a wizard.
Anyone else got little tricks like this in their shop?
