Happy Valentines weekend from the Carroll's. ❤️

The cocoa trailer is going mobile tonight!! We were invited to set up at the Colonial Lake Valentines night out. Chill in the air + Valentines + the best chocolate treat around= Carroll's Christmas(Love) Cocoa!!!

If you tried it during the Christmas season you know how yummy it is. So stop by and say hello tonight and grab a cup of our winter(love) chocolate treat. Made from scratch today!!!!!

The Carroll elves are still busy making custom greenery and decorated wreaths. Stop by the barn for the those last minute items to deck your halls.

Wreaths, mantle pieces, custom bows, center pieces, baskets, garland and more. Custom 2'x3' cemetery blankets made daily. You won't find these anywhere else around. Made right in the barn by our family for your family.

We still have trees from table tops to 10'.

Add a vintage touch from your childhood and grab a decorated sled while they are still here. Use it year after year.

Don't forget the perfect gift for someone who has everything. The New England sleigh bells. Real brass bells on genuine leather. They sound amazing.

Stop by the Carroll's barn this weekend. We're not winding down, we're gearing up for the big day or that special gathering.

Still need that final touch? Molly, Nana Carroll and Jill started making centerpieces and table top greenery. Baskets, mantle pieces and everything classic to deck your halls. The barn is packed with decorated and blank wreaths made daily. Fresh, fresh, fresh!!!

Need a gift for someone who has everything? The genuine brass sleigh bells are back in. Our t-shirts make great stocking stuffers. Avoid the traffic at the malls. Support local.

Have you been too busy? Waiting for your child's last college final touch be done? Held off on decorating? No worries!!!!! There are plenty of trees. Table tops to 10'.

Don't forget to try out made from scratch hot cocoa at the horse trailer. Christmas in a cup.

"You always have the best help." We hear this EVERY year. "Your employees are so helpful." Every year, for 31 years. "Where do you get such great employees?" We never get tired of hearing all of the compliments.

The beauty of the season is in full effect at Carroll's today!!! Want to enjoy a day in the snow? Stop by and grab a steamy cup of Carroll's Christmas Cocoa and walk in the trees. Then walk over to the Lawrence Hopewell Trail and check out the spectacular winter beauty that our town has to offer.

Plenty of Douglas and Fraser firs to choose from. Wreaths, garland, mantle pieces and more. Grab a set of genuine sleigh bells before they are gone again.

It was great to see so many of you during our opening weekend. Generations of customers, now our lifelong friends. Plus so many new faces around the barn and tree field. Cheers!

Remember our two new features for 2025!! Music and homemade hot cocoa.

Mike and Laura were a huge hit last weekend singing classic Christmas songs by the barn. We have two fantastic performances this weekend on the hay wagon stage, nestled in the Christmas tree field. You're not going to see or hear this anywhere else!!! Stop by Friday at 6pm to see The Chapin School Choir. Magical!! Then on Saturday, the Notre Dame High School Madrigal Singers. 12pm to 2pm. Go Irish!!

Stop by the Carroll's Christmas Cocoa trailer for our homemade winter chocolate treat. We thought it would be a homerun last weekend. We were wrong. IT WAS A GRAND SLAM!!!!

Douglas, Fraser and Concolor fir. Table tops to 11'. Wreaths, garland and all of the greenery you need. Plus classic Christmas decorations in the barn.

We are so THANKFUL for our friends and family, and our ability to have so many beautiful trees and wreaths here for everyone this weekend. Can't wait to help you kick off your 2025 Christmas season.

Our elves have been working hard to get everthing ready. The barn is full of greenery and classic and rustic decorations.

Stop at the new horse trailer and try Carroll's Christmas Cocoa. Made from scratch!! Mike and Laura will be playing their guitars, strumming classic Christmas songs on the hay wagon. 12-3 on opening day.

Come see what a classic Christmas feels like, sounds like, smells like and now tastes like at Carroll's. Opening day is tomorrow, Friday, November 28th. 10am to 8pm every day through Christmas Eve.

Tis the season. Carroll's 31st season. Can you BELIEVE it??

The Carroll elves are decking the halls in the barn, Santa's Post Office and on the property.

The homemade wreaths, swags and mantles, are being made day and night.

The Carroll crew is back plus a couple of new faces. They can't wait to start!!!

The springhouse, AKA Santa’s Post Office, is ready for your forever family Christmas photos.

Guess what??????? Two new features! First, music and more music. Stay tuned for who and when. Second, wait for it...you have asked for it......Carroll’s Christmas Cocoa. Served from our rustic horse trailer concession stand. Classic hot cocoa made from scratch! Yum!!!!!!

Stop by Carroll's for the PERFECT pumpkin to create that spectacular fall dish. The Long Island Cheese Pumpkin. Look it up!!

We have heard about the Cheese fondue pumpkin for years from customer. We finally went for it. AMAZING!!!!!

Try pumkin soup, bread, pancakes and pumpkin roll. We did!! Last but not least. Cranberry drizzle goat cheese on pumpkin yam and brussel sprout salad. See the last picture. Ridiculous!!

Bring something different to that fall gathering. Who doesn't like cheese? It's so easy and so delicious. The fondue was devoured in ten minutes at our gathering. Stop by the barn. See you soon.

Happy carving weekend!!!!! Come on out to Carroll's and find the perfect plump pumpkins. From one to sixty pounds and everything in between. Carving kits, candles, flicker lights, pumpkin paint, face kits and stickers. It's all in the barn!!

Bring the kids or just be a kid again. Get lost in our hay maze, bowl down squash pins, ride our big green trikes on the track and yes, race our world famous rubber duck river race. Take your forever fall family photo in our '54 Chevy. Classic!!!

NO ADMISSION FEE to have fun here. No lines, hassle free parking and always family friendly. Stop by Carroll's and make our family a part of your family's fall tradition. You have for Christmas for 31 years. BELIEVE!!!!
