✨ The first 4-panel lantern is complete! ✨

All of the pieces were laser cut, including the 4 sides, the base, and the 2 pieces that make up the top portion. It’s made from 3mm basswood plywood and finished with Early American stain.

So far, I’m really happy with how it’s turning out! 😊

Next up: creating the inserts and seeing how everything comes together. That’s always the exciting part when a design starts looking like the finished product!

Hey everyone! Starting this week, I’m going to start doing weekly projects 😊

Monday & Tuesday are usually my big work days, so you’ll start seeing new things posted Wednesday-Friday and sometimes over the weekend too.

I know I’ve been a little MIA lately, but my baby girl’s wedding is finally complete and we just got back from a much needed vacation in Branson.

This project truly resonated with me. When Suzzie approached me about creating it, I couldn't wait to see Amber's reaction. Suzzie is family on Kanyen's side, but I've already welcomed her as my own niece, and she's a precious gem. So Amber was asked last night, and her excitement was so cute. I'm certain she felt deeply honored to be included. I know Amber cherishes that little girl with the same unconditional love she would offer her own.

Ok y’all… this year has been a whirlwind, and I owe you an apology for being a little incognito lately.

Life has been moving fast—between hitting the gym like a true gym rat and helping plan our daughter’s wedding, my time and emotions have definitely been stretched. I’m also learning how to navigate some tough moments, especially not being able to share milestones or even the little creative wins (like new engraver ideas) with my dad—he always loved seeing everything I was working on, no matter how big or small.

Right now, we’re in full wedding mode! Tomorrow is our daughter’s bridal shower, her bachelorette trip to Broken Bow is in two weeks, and then just three weeks after that… the big day! We also have her dress fitting today and pick it back up on April 17th. It’s a lot, but it’s all so special.

Thank you for your patience, your support, and for sticking with me during this busy season. I truly appreciate every single one of you, and I’m looking forward to getting back into the swing of things very soon ❤️
