⏰ All contestants must check in by 4:30 PM (30 minutes before the contest begins).
🛠️ Craftsmanship competitors: Be prepared for a quick prejudging session starting around 4:00 PM. Please arrive early so judges have time to evaluate your work.
📝 Registration is ON SITE ONLY at the Cosplay Guest Area.
Registration closes at 4:30 PM. Walk-up entries after that time may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the contest schedule.
Whether you're competing in craftsmanship, performance, or just want to show off your favorite cosplay, we'd love to see you on stage!
