This week in flowers. Three large events plus mother's day blooms makes for a whirlwind of beauty. I would say I truely am addicted 🤭😅🤩

With low temperatures in the weather forecast, today, I worked to cover as many flower buds and young plants as I could. By insulating them against a freeze, I give them the best chance of surviving a cold snap. Hopefully, the protection will help them survive to bloom in a few weeks.

Flower farmers are pretty dedicated to bringing these local blooms to market, even if it means babying our peony plants due to cold weather!
