🗣️Let’s talk Direct to film transfers (DTF) and UV Direct To Film (UV DTF)
🖨️Direct to Film Transfers: *Used on koozie
This is a method where designs are printed onto a special film, then transferred directly onto the FABRIC using heat and pressure. It’s a great option to get detailed designs onto clothing.
🖨️UV DTF: *Used on wine glass
UV DTF uses UV-curable inks, which are cured instantly under UV light. This method allows for faster printing and produces vibrant colors with excellent adhesion to various materials. UV DTF transfers are made up of three layers: The backing paper, the transfer tape and the decal sandwiched in between the backing paper and transfer tape. The backing paper and the transfer tape will be removed, just the decal left.
Transfer stickers work exceptionally well on flat and rigid surfaces and have the best adhesive properties among all types of stickers. UV DTF techonolgy with high durability, allows your design to last from 5-10 years if proper care instructions are followed.
