Ocean Therapy 🌊🩵When I’m feeling anxious I like to close my eyes and imagine floating peacefully in a beautiful ocean. The only sound I hear is the water around me. Gently swaying with the moving water. Watching the ocean life around me and appreciating how magical it all is. I am calm. I am happy. 🌊🪸🐋🪼

Before I get to play with sparkly beads and bring ideas to life… there is a lot of prep work. Not just with driftwood but also with all the shells I use. Cleaning, cutting, adding extra shimmer. But it’s all part of the creative process and I love it! 🥰
