A little life update…
If you’ve been around for a while, you know I’ve never been someone who’s felt tied to one place. 💨 Maybe it’s all the air in my chart (Libra sun + Libra moon). But when we stepped away from public school and daycare 4+ years ago, we unknowingly gave ourselves the greatest gift: flexibility. 💪🏼
We’ve since built a life where we get to spend our days together, educate our kids in a way that feels right for our family (and my cycle 🩸), and say “yes” to opportunities that wouldn’t have been possible before.
Now with Drew’s recent role change, we’ve officially embraced a slower, more intentional lifestyle and will be spending the next season living in different places 4–8 weeks at a time as digital nomads. 💻
We’re excited to see where this adventure leads us, but don’t get me wrong…this was THE hardest move. 😣 It was a season of letting go that was far overdue. Somewhere in the last couple years, we realized we didn’t want to spend our lives chasing bigger houses, brand names, or MORE stuff…so we donated or sold the majority of our things. ✌🏼 And now, the Middletons are choosing experiences over possessions, presence over perfection, and freedom over clutter and toxic systems. 💪🏼
🌵 As for Desert Elixirs...don’t worry, she’s coming with me.
You’ll still find me popping up at markets when I can, in the communities we land in, but it will look a little different. ✨ My inventory may be smaller and my schedule less predictable, but creating, connecting, and sharing this business with all of you is something I don’t plan on giving up. 💓
