Madagascar Mexican cured vanilla extract, double fold strength. So rich and deep. By far my favorite variety I've tries so far.
I only have a few 2oz bottles of this variety left. I have Papa New Guinea vanilla and Ceylon cinnamon extracts, and vanilla sugar available as well.

This variety is by far my favorite I have made and tried so far. (So many varieties I have not had the pleasure of trying, yet)
Madagascar Mexican cured vanilla beans, grown and cured in Madagascar! They are huge, juice, fragrant and rich. They plump up beautifully after soaking a bit.

My homemade extract (I do more than just vanilla sometimes) is one of my favorite hobbies. (Dont ask how much I have 🙈) The multitude of varieties and flavor profiles takes baking to the next level.

Gourmet marshmallows can be added to the menu if enough interest. Vanilla bean (add chocolate drizzle), cookies & cream and toasted coconut. Comment below if interested in marshmallows too!
