Announcing 452Xtra!

Bcy Fibers has just announced its latest development in bowstring material: 452Xtra!

452Xtra is made with the same patented construction as 452X, but with a new, more abrasion-resistant Vectran, providing less string fray and increased longevity. The 67% Dyneema and 33% Vectran construction produces a material with no creep and maximum stability. 452Xtra comes in all of the same colors as 452X for ultimate customization!

GAS Bowstrings has already switched over to the new 452Xtra material on all of our High Octane strings, to ensure that you are getting the highest quality bowstring material the industry has to offer!

Our expansion is fully underway and with that we are providing more opportunities to customize your bow strings!

Visit our website and check out our new offerings of BCY D-Braid, BCY #24 Loop, and BCY #23 Loop Materials. We are offering these materials in pre-cut packs of 3 as well as 10ft, 50ft, and 100ft spools.

The BCY #24 material is 2mm stiff-braided polyester blend that provides a strong and consistent burn. This rugged and durable material is perfect for all-around archery use.

The BCY D-Braid material is a 1.6mm blend with superior gripping strength coupled with a softer feel. This slightly smaller diameter material works exceptionally well open hook releases and is extremely popular in competition archery.

The BCY #23 Loop Rope material is a 1.6mm firm braid with a spectra cover. This combines a super durable material with a smaller diameter and soft feel.
