From the Apothecary Floor... 🤍

This week has been less about decorating...

and much more about building.

The tea wall is finally standing.

The paint is still drying.

The boxes are still keeping me company.

It's funny...

from the outside it probably doesn't look like much has changed.

From where I'm standing...

everything is beginning to take shape.

One careful step at a time.

Although...

I'm still fairly certain cardboard has quietly become part of the décor. 🤍

If you've been wondering how the new shop is coming along...

imagine a moving truck...

emptying itself into one room...

and leaving me to sort out the rest.

That is, more or less, where we are.

The good news is...

I can finally see a little more of the floor than I could yesterday.

I'm taking that as a very encouraging sign.

Although...

"From the Apothecary Desk" may be a slight exaggeration.

At the moment...

I'm fairly certain it's **From the Apothecary Floor.** 🤍

A little note from behind the counter of The Enchanted Candle Apothecary —

This Sunday will be our last day before we close the doors for a little while. 🌿

After a beautifully busy season, we’re stepping away for a good old-fashioned refresh — part spring cleaning, part rest, part quiet work behind the scenes preparing the shop for all the lovely things still to come later this summer.

We’ll be tucked away beginning June 1st through mid-July while we reorganize, restore, create, and tend to all the little details that are hard to reach during the rush of the season. Reopening updates will be shared here as we get closer.

Before we disappear into our little apothecary pause, this is your time to stock up on your favorites.

Loose leaf teas. Porch-worthy sun teas. Proper sweet tea blends. Herbal comforts. Sleepy evening cups. Summer staples. Little rituals for slower days ahead.

Many of our teas and herbs are already beginning to run low — and once they’re gone, we won’t be blending again until we reopen.

So if your tea cabinet is currently surviving on one lonely bag rolling around like tumbleweed… consider this your sign.
