Wanted to share the cutest pink heart waffles I made for Valentine’s Day. The girls thought it was the coolest ever. I plan on doing green ones for St. Patrick’s Day. 3 or 4 together will make a clover! The PC Batter Mixer and Dispenser is great for pancakes, cupcakes, brownies, cornbread… so many uses! I’ll place a joint order to save shipping if anybody wants one! 😁 (Waffle maker is at Walmart, like $9, but you could also make plain pancakes and use a heart cookie cutter!)

A very dear friend of mine had a double mastectomy today. I’m happy to report she came through the surgery without difficulty and is expected to go home tomorrow. But I know she has a long road ahead between chemo/radiation/reconstruction.
