When Joy opened the store in 2015, the sole purpose was to send two or three Kenyan street orphans to school using proceeds from the store. Today we celebrate having 25 students in schools across the country of Kenya and are able to give back to our local community and schools as well! When you support our small business, YOU are making a difference and we are so grateful for our customers! We are

proud to carry brands that are Earth friendly, sustainable and empower women. We love items that are handmade by artisans, items that have all the details, and items that have a story or missions that give back in addition to what we are already giving. Happy Golden Birthday to our magical Merritt ⭐️ You are so special to us and we couldn’t love you more!!!

For those of you who don’t know — Merritt will be moving next month! Her last day working with us is this upcoming Friday, July 31st. We’re going to miss her very much, but we’re so excited for her new adventure! We’re so lucky to have had her with us for 9 years, and we know you all have come to treasure her as much as we do. 💖

We’d love for you to come by next week and give our girl some birthday love and a little encouragement before she moves. She will be at the store Wednesday and Friday!
