Get ready for the season ahead with a little help from nature!

Join Laura Matthews of Dear Heart Medicinals and Mercantile at the Cook Forest Sawmill Center for the Arts for Herbal Preparation for Cold & Flu Season: Fire Cider Making Class on Saturday, August 29.

During this hands-on make-and-take class, Laura, a licensed acupuncturist and Classical Chinese medicine herbalist, will introduce participants to foundational skills using regional plants as you create your own fire cider to take home. All materials are included in the $30 class fee.
