Three years running for this event and it just keeps getting sweeter. Gorgeous venue, bubbles in hand, incredible food, and full of women owned businesses cheering each other on.

Everything was set for the yoga studio grand opening this morning. Car packed and snacks ready to grab.

Then I woke up and my back said absolutely not.

One wrong twist while packing up last night and here I am, flat on the floor instead of welding beautiful bracelets on beautiful people.

Solo business owner life means sometimes the hardest part isn’t the work. It’s knowing when to stop.

So today I’m resting, stretching, and trusting there will be more events in the future.

To the sweet team at the studio, I am so sorry I couldn’t be there today. Grateful for your understanding 💜
