Full disclosure: before limits, our community used to clear the shelves. then back at the store, we “sold” it all at the same price they bought it at. We actually lost 3% transaction fees in order to get people Pokemon at retail price. That program is long dead since limits are now in place at many stores. It created a way that people that could never catch restocks had a chance to find something.

I’m more talking about shops that buy and resell it for a higher price because they want to make a quick buck.

Now, Kenny and I don’t even walk into a Target or Walmart anymore. Or even tap a Pokemon Center machine! 😂
