We cooked up a nice little pork loin on the RECTEQ pellet smoker today and had some pan seared Brussel Sprouts to top it off. The pork loin had a mustard binder and seasoned with Kosmos Cow Cover. We drizzled some Myron Mixon Black Berry sauce over the Brussel Sprouts.

We will be closed Saturday July 4th so our staff can celebrate our countries 250th anniversary. We wish everyone a happy and safe holiday.
