Scam budget past this month, has kicked down the road a 4 billion real debt into a future 26-27qtr., 3.2 billion dollar payments to Medicaid and not addressing 47 million dollar short fall in this year's revenue.
Now a controversial rewriting of state health policy, giving back Governor's sole control over things live shutdown, death 6800 senior deaths and hardship on thousand pennsylvanians.
