Oliver Cello Atelier Luthier • Cellist • Restoration Specialist • Instrument Sales It’s owned by luthier, wholesale distributor and cellist, Daniel Oliver.

Oliver Cello Atelier is located right outside Knoxville, TN on beautiful Melton Hill Lake in Lenoir City, TN. Daniel graduated from ORHS and decided to continue his education at UTK before obtaining his masters in music at one of the top music conservatories in Canada, Royal Conservatory of Music. During his time there, Daniel played cello in the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. His musical gift can be heard in some big blockbuster movies. Daniel moved back to the United States to study violin setup and restoration with some of the best in Atlanta and Chicago, before moving back to TN and opening his own shop. Once home, Daniel settled down with his beautiful wife, Nicole, who is responsible for all the marketing and brand development of the company, their children, Mason, Emma and Benny, and two pets, Brutey and Bennett. Nicole graduated magna cm laude from UTK and went on to have a very successful career in brand development, marketing and social media. She prides herself on being able to figure out a company’s brand voice, and then using it to build a strong social media presence. She has utilized those skills as the Chief Marketing and Social Media Officer at Oliver Cello Atelier. Daniel is a highly sought after and impeccably trained luthier that makes some of the most beautiful looking and sounding violins, violas, and cellos in the US. He specializes in tonal adjustments, instrument set-up and making, restoration, full-scale maintenance and repair, as well as wholesale distributing. He is also a well accomplished cellist. Together, Daniel and Nicole make an unbeatable team at Oliver Cello Atelier.
