It’s taken me a few days to sit down and give this update the attention it deserved. Between the shop and everything else, life has been wonderfully busy, but I finally get to share what you made possible.
Because of this incredible community, we were able to donate $500 directly to Loudon K9 Paws and Tails. On top of that, you all raised another $145 through cash donations and our donation-based hot dog stand. Every dollar that was dropped in the bucket while grabbing a hot dog or simply wanting to help went straight toward the fundraiser. We also collected nearly $300 worth of supplies for the animals in their care.
Thank you to every single person who stopped by, shopped, donated, bought a hot dog, brought supplies, shared the event, or simply encouraged us along the way. It all mattered.
I say it all the time, but this little block has become something really special. It’s full of people with good intentions who show up for small businesses, for each other, and for causes that matter. I’m so grateful for every one of you who understands my vision and continues to support the kind of community we’re trying to build here.
This was our very first fundraiser, and thanks to all of you, it definitely won’t be the last. 🤍🐾
