Hey loves!! So I know we like to freak out when Mercury goes into retrograde, so I researched some things you can do to help!
Firstly, be aware of what’s coming, but don’t over prepare. Our anxiety and depression gets the best of us during this time, so extra stress is not a good idea. For example, if you are going on a trip via airplane don’t stress it, just leave a little earlier than normal just in case.
Second, during this time journaling is a good outlet! Express those feelings and keep them stable instead of holding them in!
Third, and last, build a strong morning and night time routine. For example getting up in the morning at a decent hour, taking in the sunlight, doing some breathing work, etc. And then at night you could do a relaxing bath and maybe some more journaling. This helps us to feel more in control of ourselves.
