If you are currently watching tv don’t back out of the app. You won’t be able to get back in. Although the live ultra does appear to be somewhat working. Vsee is again having issue. Hang tight while they fix the issue.

⚠️ 🚨 DO NOT FACTORY RESET YOUR UNIT TODAY 🚨 ⚠️

PLEASE avoid factory resetting your unit until the servers for the rest of the apps have been rerouted successfully. Anyone who just received their box today or factory reset their box thinking it would resolve their problem is going to be dealing with ALL of the Heat apps not downloading. The reason for this is because the download is trying to migrate data from a server that no longer exists . So if you just received your box today or happened to have factory reset your box then you’ll need to wait it out. There are some reliable backup VOD apps pinned to the featured section that you can try but some may be down as well due to this data center attack.
