🎉 Happy Birthday to our CEO, Reo Hatfield! 🍷
Today, we’re celebrating someone who means so much to the entire Prince Michel family!
Reo has quite a story to tell—and yes, he really is one of those Hatfields! In fact, Reo helped turn one of America’s most famous family feuds into a story of unity, playing an instrumental role in bringing the Hatfields and McCoys together for the historic truce signed in 2003. Perhaps that makes it fitting that one of Reo’s greatest gifts is bringing people together.
Reo has brought decades of leadership experience, wisdom and vision to our winery. But ask those of us who work alongside him, and his résumé isn’t what we’ll tell you about first. We’ll tell you about his heart.
Reo genuinely cares about people. He believes in his team, takes the time to listen, encourages us, and treats Prince Michel as more than a business—it’s a family. His leadership reminds us that success isn’t only measured by what we accomplish, but by how we care for the people beside us along the way.
Reo, on your birthday, we hope you know just how loved and appreciated you are by your Prince Michel family. Thank you for your leadership, your friendship, your stories, your laughter, and most of all, the heart you bring through our doors every day.
