She’s The Trend’s entry in the Scarecrow Walk in Leonardtown, MD, and she’s serving witchy chic in her little black dress. Who says scarecrows can’t be stylish? ✨

Her duties include guarding the pumpkins, supervising the storefront, and casting “just one more treasure” spells on shoppers. Fair warning: they work! 😂🛍️

💜 THREE MONTHS. $350 RAISED. AND WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED! 💜

It’s hard to believe it’s already been three months since we purchased The Trend and proudly adopted its mission of supporting domestic abuse survivors.

When we took over The Trend, we knew we wanted to do more than simply run another thrift store. We wanted to continue its purpose, grow its impact, and make supporting survivors part of what BOTH of our stores do.

And thanks to all of YOU, in those first three months Gwenny’s Penny and The Trend have already raised approximately $350 for Seeds of Courage! 💜

🎯 NOW FOR OUR NEXT GOAL!

We’d love to raise another $350 over the next three months, bringing us to approximately $700 — and then keep going until we reach our BIG goal of a $1,000 year-end donation to Seeds of Courage!

💜 HOW CAN YOU HELP?
