Words cannot express our deepest sympathies and condolences at the loss of KC Schnitker. She was larger than life and fought for life. She fought for the life of the Church and the formation of our youth including her amazing work to help sustain Chesterton Academy. She fought for the life of the unborn, she fought for sacramental marriages. She wore many hats including maintaining this page and Heavenly Presents page and maintained websites for I don't know how many organizations. I don't know when she slept???
In her memory there is an effort we are participating in to procure a stained-glass window for the new Perpetual Adoration Chapel at St. John's in Hollywood, MD. There are several windows for auction tomorrow night at the Gala and we truly want to win the bid on one of them. Even though our Giving link only shows $400 as of this post, we have over $6000 in solid commitments. We only have $4000 to go to reach our goal of $10,000 (we really want to win this bid). The auction is tomorrow night!! If you have not already and would like to make a tax-deductible donation of any amount towards the KC Schnitker Memorial window, we would be so grateful! Also, it would help procure a window for this very important gift to all of us of having a Perpetual Adoration Chapel in our community!
