V&M Locker We are a hometown grocery store and meat locker in southwest MN. We also make meat for graduations, groom's suppers, weddings and funerals. Need some lunch?

The majority of our business is custom processing of cattle and hogs, but just because you don't own a farm doesn't mean you can't get farm raise pork and beef. If you are interested in purchasing a whole or half of a hog, or whole, half or quarter of beef we have many contacts with farmers and can find one for you. We also have a large selection of beef and pork available for purchase in our home

town grocery store. Our store is fully stocked with almost everything you could need, we even recently added a gift corner for any upcoming weddings, showers, baby showers, birthdays, or appreciation kind of gifts you might need. It comes fully-cooked, sliced and ready to eat. Seasoned Roast Beef, Seasoned Roast Pork, BBQ Pork, Seasoned Pork Loin. Ham, Turkey, Deli Roast Beef (served cold), Cheesy Dried Beef Spread, Summer Sausage, Cervalot and Canadian Brand Sausage are also available. Stop in daily for fresh sandwiches, beef sticks, beef jerky, pork jerky, Mrs. Gerry's salads, fresh fruit and vegetables. New cuts of meat in the case! Beef Short Ribs—3 different ways: Dino cut 🦕 which are long individual bones, whole rack—4 or 5 long bones attached to each other, or Korean Style—sliced 1/4” thick. Korean style can be marinaded or seasoned and grilled quick like a steak!
We also now have Carne Asada Meat!

Other fresh meat for the weekend: fresh Ribeye Steaks, Marinaded Chicken Breast, and a customer favorite: Bacon wrapped Seasoned Boneless Pork Chops!

We lost a very, very good man this week, the “M” in V&M. Marv was so much more than just the “M”—he was our best friend, like a grandpa to us and our kids, a strong man of faith, a walking talking billboard for our business (even decades after he had moved onto other ventures), our “gopher” to the bakery, the post office, hardware store, and anywhere else we needed something from. He stopped in or called every single day to chat or get a few things. Even now in his late 80’s if we hired someone new, he made sure to get to know their name and where they came from. When walking through the store he always stopped to chat with customers and find out where they were from and make a connection. He just always cared so much for people. It seems Marv never had a bad day, positivity radiated from him and your day was always made better and brighter from a short visit with Marv. To his family—thank you for sharing your dad, husband, grandpa and great-grandpa with us—he truly treated us like we were family too. He is missed by all of us, but we will carry on his friendly legacy as he was so much more than just the “M” in V&M.
