MAIN STREET SPOTLIGHT 🌿
For our next Main Street Spotlight, we are highlighting Wild Roots Boutique, right here on the Lewisburg Square!
We spoke with owner Kourtney Gaylor and she shared, “We aren’t your regular plant store!” 🌱 There is so much more to Wild Roots than what meets the eye!
Known for their beautiful selection of plants, from common favorites to rare finds and household plants, Wild Roots Boutique has been part of our downtown community since November 2024. But the business itself began in March 2021 as a mobile plant boutique! Kourtney even brought Wild Roots to Lewisburg as a vendor for our Fun Fridays, where she fell in love with the square and the community. That experience eventually inspired her to open her storefront downtown!
Along with their wide variety of plants, they offer plant repotting using their own handcrafted soil, in-house plant care, and so much more!
Wild Roots is also home to 14+ amazing local vendors, offering a wide variety of unique handmade goods and finds. Their youngest vendors being an 8 and 13-year-old sister duo!
Kourtney also wants her customers to be comfortable knowing that the plants they purchase from Wild Roots are well cared for before they ever make it home. 🪴
When it comes to being part of the Main Street Lewisburg community, Kourtney said her favorite thing is being “right in the center of the heart of Lewisburg.” She loves being part of the events and community that make the square so special. Her hope is for Wild Roots to be a place where people can relax, slow down, and find a little peace. 🤍
Wild Roots also hosts hands-on workshops, including children’s plant workshops and workshops for plant lovers! Tickets must be purchased in advance either in-store or online.

Tuesday–Friday: 10 AM–5 PM
Saturday: 10 AM–2 PM
