This TTI Pit Viper had the slide milled for the Nighthawk IOS optic plate system. The rear iron sight location was milled out and the IOS dovetail milled in. The factory rear sight was used in a fabricated rear sight plate. An IOS Acro plate was used as the base that was milled and a block of steel welded to the plate. The welds and steel were machined for the rear sight to be used with the machined plate. The iron sight plate, the machined optic cut on the slide and the magazine release extension were all cerakoted in a mix to match the DLC as close as I could get it.

Semi auto PKM build done with mostly Winterbach parts. Semi auto FCG housing, firing pin and op rod are all Bloc Parts. Barrel was cut and crowned at 19.5 and front sight and gas blocks combined for a combo block. The barrel, receiver and other modified internal parts are all coated in Graphite Black Cerakote.

This SLR 106U pistol was form one’d as an SBR. The barrel was cut at 8.4 crowned and threaded 1/2X28. The combo block extension was machined off so a cherry bomb could be installed. The rear trunnion was converted to a side folder. With the latches to lock out and folded milled in. A side rail was also riveted onto the receiver. Zenitco lower hand guard, Jmac pistol grip and an ALG were also installed.

This Tisas Carry 9 DS had a custom bushing comp machined. 2 ports on each side and 2 on the top. The comp and slide were machined together to make a one piece look as much as possible. The factory front serrations were milled off and a recess cut in the slide and comp. The normal 1911 radius that’s down where the plunger tube is was machined out and a 90 was machined in and then chamfered through the comp and slide. Some vertical serrations were then milled in behind the recess. The top of the slide and comp were also tri topped. 2 windows were machined on each side on the new 45 degree angle for the barrel ports that were also milled into the barrel at 30 degrees off center. 3 1/8 ports on each side. The Trijicon plate was already milled in and done at an angle by someone else. I indicated the top of the slide and recut so the plate is level with bore line. The grip was reduced and a recess, boarder and text was laser engraved on the grip. Text was also engraved on the slide behind the front serrations on each side. The grip is stippled in wagon wheel with some boarders added and extended from the stock. The frame recess and border in the grip, mag well, grip safe, grip screws, mag release, hammer and the color fill on the slide is all in Battleship Gray. The grip, pins, slide lock, thumb safe, comp and optic plate are in Graphite Black. The barrel was left plated just cleaned up and also re crowned 11 degrees.

Arsenal 104FR was cut, crowned and threaded. Cut to 12.5 and then threaded 1/2x28. Thread extension on the combo block was machined off and made to look natural. The Onward Research rail was machine fit for the combo block’s width and then coated in a custom cerakote blend.

Staccato HD with some slide and barrel machine work and an Infinity trigger kit. The barrel had the fri t sight machined out for a chunk port that was chamfered. The front under the muzzle was also machined to match the angle of the frame. Then it was cerakoted to best match the DLC coating on the slide. The front sight was moved back to the slide by machining a dovetail for it behind the now ported barrel. The infinity kit required changing the angle and shape of the trigger bow as it’s made for the standard magazine for a double stack 1911.

PKM semi auto build. Built on a Winterbach receiver with Winterbach barrels. Bloc parts FCG housing, op rod and firing pin. This one has two barrels one left the original length and one cut, crowned and re threaded at 18.5. The 18.5 was re threaded in 18x1.5 left hand. I also made a combo block for the 18.5 barrel. The 2 barrels, receiver and bloc parts housing were coated in Savage Stainless and then Graphite Black and distressed to match the kit.

Some cerakote and engraving on this Mossberg 590A1. The barrel, mag tube, side saddle, stock, sight shroud and light mount are all in Titanium. The mag cap, action slide, bolt, trigger, slide release, safety, sling loop, followers, the engraving and all screws are in Firehouse Red. The forend, receiver, trigger guard, and elevator are all in Deep Blue cerakote.

This MAC 9DS had some slide machine work and barrel porting done. An additional serration and window were machined forward of the factory machined cuts. The barrel was ported in each cut centered in the windows and at a 25 degree angle. The barrel is coated on Gold Cerakote and the slide is a simple Black Multicam. The grip module and mainspring housing were reduced for better grip. The grip safety was pinned in place at the mainspring housing. Then the grip was stippled in wagon wheel texture.

MP5SD kit build. Built from a flat. The housing was clipped and pinned. The pack was converted to safe and semi only. A pic rail was welded for optics. Metal and suppressor are coated in Coyote Cerakote.
