mail address, and your state. If you don't feel comfortable with a public post, you may ALWAYS private message us and we will comment on the post for you that whatever size you want is taken without posting your information! We will email you within 48 hours with an invoice for your item. Unless the item is a pre-sale item, it will ship within 2-3 days, and shipping is ALWAYS free!! You can pay using your PayPal account or if you don't have a PayPal account, you can simply enter your debit/credit card information on their safe and secure site. We do have a limited quantity of each item, so if you see an item you want, buy it! We want our clothes to be special to you so keeping a limited quantity makes sure you don't "see" yourself about the town! Returns/Exchange Policy:
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt with tags attached for a store credit. No altered, stained, damaged, etc. If tags are removed, your item will not be accepted. If it is apparent the item was worn, your item will not be accepted. We have the right to refuse a return/exchange based on our inspection of the item or garment. We are not responsible for the cost associated with shipping the item(s) back to Charleys, and if your item is refused you are responsible for the shipping cost associated with sending the item back to you. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] prior to returning the item. Please note: All SALE or CLEARANCE items are non-returnable & non-refundable. Please contact us directly for a sizing issue. If you wish to make an exchange for another size, and we have the size available, we will gladly exchange your item. However, because we have a limited quantity of items, if the size requested has already been sold, we will offer you a store credit! If you would like to exchange your item, you are responsible for the shipping cost associated with getting the item back to us. However, we will gladly cover the shipping costs associated with returning the new sized item back to you. Please note once an invoice has been sent, you will have 48 hours to pay that invoice. If it is not paid, we will send you one reminder invoice. If this second invoice remains unpaid, the item will be available for someone else to purchase!
