If water is no longer beading on the outside of your jacket, it’s time to reproof.

Give your wet weather gear a new life in 4 simple steps:
1️⃣ Prep: Clean out your detergent drawer (residue ruins waterproofing), empty pockets, and zip up any zippers.
2️⃣ Wash (Tech Wash): Load 1-3 items, add Tech Wash, and run a warm, gentle cycle to strip away dirt without damaging the fabric.
3️⃣ Proof (TX Direct): Leave the clothes/gear wet in the machine, add TX Direct to the drawer, and run a second gentle cycle to restore the waterproof coating.
4️⃣ Dry: Air dry or tumble dry on low (check your gear's care label first!) to fully finish the process.

Gear maintenance = more time exploring.
