You can find all the info at this link, including the registration form. As a reminder, the form must be notarized and Jennifer in our office can take care of that for you with no charge. We are located in the SCCC Industrial Technology campus at 2215 N. Kansas Ave. We are open M-TH 7:30-5:30. Typically closed for lunch from 11:30-12:30.
