It is that time of the year - are you ready!?!? Make sure to get put on the schedule and then let us know when you are coming in!

Our winter storage rates for houseboats and large cruisers will be a flat $275 for the season and is DUE at the time of storage. Our rates for campers, pontoons, small boats will remain $1/foot per month however we will not be doing month to month for the winter season - the amount owed will be the full 6 months at time of storage.

Beautiful weather today - perfect chance to get some cleaning / organizing done! One tree down, one tree trimmed up, grass mowed, and w**d killer sprayed!

We will be getting a post together soon with details for the fall/winter season. Do you have plans in place already? If not, let us know if we can help you!

The tree removal has started! For now we have shifted all boats not being launched/empty trailers to the east side of the lot until they finish. Thank you in advance for your patience as we work to provide more opportunities for storage!

The houseboats have launched (or have been relocated) and now the maintenance begins!! Got the corner mowed down and w**d killer sprayed (25 gallons across the whole lot!).

We are getting quotes for tree capping and/or removal next with the intent to open up a few more storage spots for the fall/winter season. If you have any recommendations let us know!!

Most of the houseboats have moved out and the empty trailers / “little” boats are moving in! We have done some yard clean up and rearranging with more maintenance to come!

We still have spots available though and are excited for more room / covered options in the near future :)

Tanksley Trucking LLC moved a few more houseboats out so we are gearing up for gravel to come in and one of the trees to come down!

We have empty trailer, small boat, and camper storage available after the holiday - let us know if we can fit your need!

Don't forget - all boats needs to be launched by the holiday weekend and it is coming fast - slots are filling up for Tanksley Trucking LLC! Make sure to get your launch scheduled as the cutoff is May 19th for them!

Houseboats moving out and gravel will be moving in soon!! All boats need to be moved by Memorial Day weekend so we can get fresh gravel put down and get some trees taken down.

At this time we are delaying switching the gate lock system and will reevaluate after the holiday weekend.

Customers of Dunlapsville Storage - boating season is almost here! We have been notified that the buoy field will be open and shuttle services available effective Saturday, April 26th so we wanted to reach out and share some updates.

Winter storage that was paid allows for storage up till the opening of the buoy field AND the 2 weeks beyond that. After the weekend of May 11th storage rates as noted below will go into effect:

For empty trailers/pontoons/sailboats/small pleasure boats
$1/foot per month with a $25/month minimum
Payment is due at the 1st of each month if paying by the month
Payments made after the 5th incur a daily $5 late fee
Payment up front of the summer season provides 1 month of storage free
Payment is expected at time of storage

For houseboats/large pleasure boats/cabin cruisers
$1/foot per month for those up to 14’ wide
Boats/trailers over 14’ wide will be $1.50/foot
Payment is due at the 1st of each month if paying by the month for the summer season
Payments made after the 5th incur a daily $5 late fee
Payment up front of the summer season provides 1 month of storage free
Payment is expected at time of storage
Boats can remain in storage for up to 1 year (2 seasons) if Dunlapsville Storage is notified but must launch the following season
Boat stand storage is available for $50 for the summer season
This must be paid at the time of boat removal from storage
Boat stands must be moved by the boat owner to the fence line at the time of boat removal from storage
Boat stand storage reserves a winter storage spot

For ALL customers
Dumpster is available for customer use to ensure a clean environment for all customers
Any trash or items from your boat (ex: tarps, covers, cleaning supplies, etc) that are not picked up and disposed of will incur a $25 clean up fee
Port A Let will be available for customer use
Limited electric is available for use however we CANNOT have items plugged in overnight
We will be changing the gate lock system to a key fob effective May 2025
The key fob will be given at the time of new paid storage (summer or fall, depending on the need)
Key fob replacement is a $25 fee
The key fobs are NOT transferable - if you choose to sell your boat you must return your key fob and the new owners must get a new one

As we make the transition from summer storage to winter storage we are excited to announce that we have an outdoor COVERED spot available this year!!

It is a metal carport measuring 10 ft wide x 12 ft tall x 35 ft long - a great size for a boat or small camper! (no vehicles or equipment) It comes with its own gate and key!!
